What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer therapy for Individual Adults, Family Therapy, Therapy for Children and Adolescents, Substance Misuse Treatment, Biofeedback, EMDR Therapy, and Expressive Play Therapy.

Do you offer online or remote therapy sessions?

Yes, online therapy sessions are offered. What makes our approach unique is that we include remote sessions as part of our comprehensive care. Please inquire to learn more.

What are your fees, and do you accept insurance?

Our fees are $180+ per 50-minute session. We also accept insurance.

What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. It’s an opportunity to understand your unique needs, and together, we’ll begin to map out a plan for our future sessions. This initial conversation helps establish a strong foundation for your therapeutic journey.

How long does each therapy session last?

Therapy sessions are tailored to the client and can range from 45 minutes to 180 minutes. Sessions are customized to you and your needs on a case-by-case basis.
